Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us and a little that’s gathered automatically:

• Account & contact details: your name, email, and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you create an account.
• Order & shipping details: what you bought, your shipping address, and order history.
• Payment details: processed and stored by Stripe. We receive only a token and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
• Usage data: basic, mostly anonymous information about how you use the site, to keep it fast and reliable.

To process and ship your orders and manage subscriptions; to provide customer support; to send order confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional product news; to prevent fraud; and to comply with our legal obligations. That’s it.

We share data only with the service providers that make the store run, for example Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure account and order storage, and our shipping carriers. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only to perform their service. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and your cart intact, plus minimal analytics to understand what’s working. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features (like staying logged in) may stop working.

You can view and update your details, see your orders, and manage or cancel subscriptions any time from your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing email with one click. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email hello@aahspoonful.com and we’ll take care of it (some records may be retained as required for tax and legal reasons).

We protect your information with encryption in transit and trusted infrastructure, but no method is ever 100% secure. Our store is intended for adults; we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
