AahSpoonFul (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small-batch maker of hand-crafted natural soaps, bath, and wellness goods based in Houston, Texas. You can reach us any time at hello@aahspoonful.com.

Every bar and product is made by hand in small batches. Because of that, slight variations in color, scent, shape, and weight are normal and are not defects. They’re the signature of a real handmade product. Listed weights are approximate prior to cure.

Our products are cosmetics and wellness goods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always patch-test a new product and consult a healthcare provider with any concerns, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a skin condition.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we may correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time before an order ships. Many items are made to order. When something is out of stock you may be able to pre-order it, and we’ll ship as soon as the next batch has cured.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it and charge your payment method.

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence you choose (for example every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months) at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout. Prices may change with notice before a renewal.

You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; shipments already processed are not refunded for cancellation alone.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to ours, and you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.

We ship within the United States and Canada. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Because these are personal-care and cosmetic products, opened or used items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

Custom-poured soap loaves are handcrafted to order. Once we begin pouring your batch, that order is made to order and non-refundable — we can no longer cancel or refund it, since it’s poured to your specification and can’t be resold.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@aahspoonful.com within 14 days with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AahSpoonFul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits rights that can’t be limited under applicable law.
